I don't think this is an accurate ban. Where is the proof that these Skypes match? Looks like an impostor. I know Abecakes and have trusted him with much more than this.

 

Will leave this for Will to see before overturning the ban just in case I missed something, but I resolved the skype in question as well as did some digging of my own, and I found no correlation between abecakes and that Skype.

 

Upon googling that skype, I've also discovered that user's a known impostor of other users as well.

 

Hm I see, I didn't account for the Skype being an imposter of him. In retrospect, there is not enough proof that links the Skype to his Sythe account. I apologize for the mistake.
