helpp again?? =)

okay, Ive been looking all over the internet and cant find this out. on one of defil3ds videos, she said that the dfs gives magic xp if you use the spec on something, is this true?

and on my account I made, Im trying not to lvl magic ect. ect. but im trying to do the falador diary, when using the spell to heal the wizard, is there a way I have a 100% chance of the spell healing him? or at least a pretty high chance. im only 11 xp from getting a lvl up in magic so I can only use air strike one more time. =((

also, Im still looking for someone to make a twin with me if anyones interested. =)
