c0ngs imposter skype: cazoban
Attempted Scam By: GlenStarkz
Added me on skype asking if I wanted to buy a goldfarming method, overlooked by jagex but not really a glitch, 18.2m/h. Obviously I was skeptical and immediately requested an MM. We attempted to use @c0ngs
We created a group chat in which we were both instructed to post on c0ngs's MM thread. Aparently 4 lines was a little too much for him.

He then proceeds to leave the group chat with me and c0ngs and re-adds me to another group chat using a fake imposter of c0ngs (that had added me ealier in the day and just switched his profile picture to c0ngs).

Now how do I know his sythe user matches with his skype? He never posted on congs thread and I never got a pm from him. Well when we were talking about his method when he first approached me, I linked him a thread.

When I was looking for a way to IP audit him (I will come back to that in a moment) I saw that the account he linked me was on that thread, so I do believe that account traces to him.
@video can you get his IP and IP ban this guy? In addition, is there any reason why I couldnt get an IP-audit of him? c0ngs was not able to either.
