I really like it clean and clear good work

 

How could I improve it?

 

Make it a bit more clear and brighter imo have you tried having the wording centred?

An option would be to make the dots at the end animated, i dont know if obs allows you to usea gif but you could make a video with photoshop or in vegas or something where it goes from no dots to 4 ect, like a loading type style.

 

umm i don't do gifs, I'm pretty shit at photoshop.

 

what about putting the date in same font when it starts?

 

Could I suggest maybe adding a few touch ups on the image itself, adding just a stripped overlay on the image makes it look a little to like everything else haha, and maybe adding some more effects on the text itself?

I'd retake the image and have symmetry. So maybe stand in the middle of the road.or find somewhere more interesting. You don't need that wall in the right side of the image. Maybe have the picture of you zoomed in aiming (I don't play this game so idk)

Also I'd change the font as it seems very basic. Not to sure about the spacing of the words and seems quite random.

I'd go with "Steam starting soon" aswell

The font seems a bit plain maybe change it a bit to something thicker then reduce the opacity and I think that would look pretty nice

 

Seems a bit simple try improving with working on your text.

Just seems like the text is just pasted on it and nothing else.
