prayer on 1 def pure

I have a 1 defence pure with 50+ range and 50+ str and currently have 43 prayer, I'm thinking about going 44 pray for the 15% boost to range. What do you think? smart or were those extra combat levels a waste?

 

Personally I love being 52. So far I've smited a few blowpipes, it seems to be worth it in the long run.

 

If you're already at 43 then yes

 

Would have stayed 15 but if you're already 43 might as well get 44.

 

I wouldn't get prayer before u hit 70+ in star and range. At where u are right now it gives too many cmb for not enough positives in hit damage

 

44 is most definitely worth it. 52 is advisable for high level pures are otherwise you are pking for scraps and will lose a lot of money. Smite is what makes being a pure highly profitable, aside from risk fights.

 

If you're planning to go pking at 75 + range & str yes you will have massive disadvantage vs other pures, but if your going for an ags pure or whatnot you should get 44.

 

I think its fine as the prayer can be super useful at time (getaways from clans and stuff), and getting 44 for that boost will be a good help. However I think 52 would also be great for smite.

 

Smart if you have a lot of money and don't mind spending the extra money on prayer pots for 99 range.

 

1 pray level hardly affects your combat. Yes, get it lol.

 

Would for sure go for 52 if you plan on high level pking.

 

I would do 52 if you're planning on deep wildy.

 

Get the 44 then get 94 mage and get 45 pray

 

44 all day, nothing more
