Update:

Ordered 50 refs on 4/24/2014. Talked to the seller for about a week - responding right away, stating that the refs will be done tomorrow or 48 hours. It's been 2 weeks now, the past week, I'm been messaging him/her each day for the past week, no reply. So, I'm getting worried.

Other posts says that the seller's ref are slow; and non-responsive to buyer.

 

The first time I ordered was on the 24th, I ordered 155 refs and it took around 4-5 days. I had some problems with redeeming the remaining 6k RP so it was never fully completed. (I had purchased referrals in the past) Kira worked it out and was nice enough to give me an extra 50 refs, which should be completed by tomorrow at 10 AM.

I also bought another 150 refs 2 days ago, I'm currently waiting for them to show up on the referral website. Not sure what the exact problem is, it could be slow riot servers updating. I recommended a friend of mine to her service on the 27th, his order is still in progress due to a temporary tribunal ban. He still needs to claim 5k more RP, it's safe to say that it will also be completed by tomorrow. This service may take a bit longer than expected but for me, it's well worth the wait considering her affordable prices. She's definitely your go-to person for referral services, you'll receive them guaranteed!

Yea, on my page, the refs are referred, but it's at [No IGNs] [No Lvs] for at least a week and a half. She also didn't answer me for a week now too.

 

I talked to her, seems she's very busy with the large amount of orders from here and epvp. Reassuring to hear it'll all be resolved by 10 days, I'll try to update asap
