    Although I don't have specific proof that he recovered the account, but I think there's enough for a ban.

    He said that he was trying to recover the first 2k players on runescape. So, the only way to get a silverlight sword without doing the quest is to have done it in Runescape classic and then transfered all the items to runescape 2. Therefore, he must of recovered the account.

    To back it up, here is proof he tried to recover runescape classic accounts.

    If you mean the last link, I did not take a picture of it.

    Basically it was him saying that recovering accounts is all too common these days. All you have to do is guess general information and it's more than likely to be accepted.
