"At some point, legacy accounts will cost more than their use as low level suicide bots." True?

As the title says, I imagine that a tutorial island account with a legacy email will, at some point, cost more than a suicide account that makes 150k/hr in f2p and gets banned after 24 hours (in that example, account makes 3.6M or $0.54 - $0.90c) due to legacy accounts becoming rarer and more expensive.

Is this something that suicide bot farm owners are concerned about/planning for? Will it not happen? Will gold increase in price as Jagex accounts become the only realistic way to run bot farms?
