Requesting some OMM app GFX [PayPal]

I'm almost finished my OMM app, it looks kind of boring so I want some GFX to lighten it up

- Basically you can make a title like HamJam's OMM app with those OMM ranks next to them.

- You can make a main header which will say Completed.

- You can make sub headers like, Less than $50 trades, Between $50 - $100 trades, $100-$200 and $200+

- I can't think of much else atm...

I'll throw in $5 for the best one, this is just a quick job to liven up my app as it looks boring at the moment
