g35 coupe or 350z?

im currently driving a 2004 bmw 330ci, and my parents hate my car. so they want me to get a new one... im looking at either a infinity g35 coupe or a nissan 350z, they have a pretty strict budget of 15000. im also willing to look at some other kinda car, but dont even mention something with under 250 hp. so what should i do? WHAT SHOULD I DO

 

id get the infinity.. and damn lol a "strict budget of 15000" ur parents sum rich ppl

 

Personally I've always preferred the 350z, quite stylish.

Really though, you're lucky your parents are buying you any cars at all haha.

 

You really can't go wrong with an Infiniti. My dad drives a G37, my mom drives a M35, and my sister drives a J30. They are definitely built to last and are just excellent cars overall. They've never had any problems at all with any of them. I don't know anything about the 350z, but considering they look so similar anyways, I'd just go with an Infiniti. I think the G35 coupe looks a bit better also.

 

The 330ci isn't even much a bad car, what you should do is spend that money on a boost kit and turbo it if you want some decent speed for that car.
But if I was to decide, I'd say the g35, or g37.

 

ya, my parents just dont like the car. if it was up to me i would get a 2003-2005 m3, but the just dont like them that much. and im really thinking im gonna go with the g35 at this point

 

350z by far, the coupes are kind of ugly :s

Downside, can't fit a billion people in there haha

 

The infiniti is really attractive without a lot of the tacky body modifications you see on google search, but the 350z is just sexy as hell no matter what the owner has done to it.

Go with the 350z, it's actually my personal favorite car of all time. Even better than Mazda RX8s, and I could have murdered for one of those not two years ago

I really like that burnt orange color they come in too, there's one in my town that I drool after every time I see it

 

Infinity. You can't go wrong.

 

Well it seems you want to attempt to be a badass with a faster car but why waste money on something like that? If I were you I'd see if you can get a large portion of the 15k spend some of it on a little cheap 4 cylinder or something to get you around. then spend about 2k on a decent frame of your favorite sports car and then the rest spend on putting it together assuming you, your dad or at least someone you know has enough knowledge to do so. It really doesn't cost a lot to build a brand new badass sports car as long as you're doing the work.

I would go with the 350z though to answer your question.

 

if you're taking friends around get the infiniti if you don't mind having only 2 seats in a car get the 350z.

 

This kid is spoiled rotten, i HATE people like this. But the z cars hold their value better (not that a spoiled kid like you cares) and are faster AND safer. Z car all the way.

 

so basically...your saying you hate me because i am gonna get a nice car? 15k isnt alot as far as cars go. not saying im complaining, seeing as im 16...BUT, i do work about 20 hours a week at an outdoor produce stand, in texas, in the summer...its not like im lazy and just get handed money.

 

Ignore the haters but anyways I'd get the Z in a heartbeat. A beloved and fun car to drive, plus the customizations are endless. Standard transmission is a must for this car. I fell in love with it at first site when it was first introduced. Definitely you should get the Z. The only thing though is that there are so many Z's out there now that the car really lost it's "appeal" in a way. I usually see one Z on every corner now. I know your budget is strict but if ever possible you should get the Nismo edition of the Z so hot lol!

 

350z is pretty legit. my dads fiance drives one and its badass

 

you can customize a g35 jsut as well as a 350z, the only thing about the 350z is it can carry 2 passengers whereas the g35 can carry 4 or 5. Also you can get both in standard or automatic based on preference.

 

G35 all the way I had the oppurtunity to get a 350z and I didn't, glad I made that choice. I think 350's look dumb and just out of place while g35's look classy.

 

You already have a nice BMW. Why are you already buying a new car? Not that it's bad, but I'm just curious since you're only 16 and haven't had your license for long.

 

idk, my parents dont really like the bmw and if they offer me a better car, not like im gonna turn them down haha

how do you plan to pay for insurance, gas and such since you're only 16?

i can sugguest you a starter car such as a honda civic since your just a kid and the risks of kids driving at a young age are high for accidents.
