Briefly explain the trade:

Basic Story: was wanting to purchase GW2 AC, didnt wanted to go first initially but since i was TWC tagged and also he has past Vouches of selling Accounts. So we agreed to go in 2 part for the Trade. $10 first And $10 after receiving the Info.

How they scammed:

User Blocked me on skype after i sent the First payment without giving any info.
