Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

About 2 years ago I met a person I thought was a friend. We trusted each other With literally everything. I was very young and childish at that time (I was 12 years old) And I kept begging him and bugging him for money. As I was bored with Runescape and wanted something new to do. He eventually ignores me or threatened me that if I kept asking he will delete me, or even ddos me. I said okay and tried to control my self. This ''friend'' would troll me for days, weeks. Just to get a good laugh out of it. What triggered me the most is that once I loaned him 2m on osrs (2 years ago which was a lot to me) and he was very wealthy. He would make me come home from my friends house just to claim the 2m that he owed me and then would decline in my face saying he dced. I would leave family dinners just to get that 2m and there was many more situations. Finally he decided to give me the 2m. I deleted him right after. Then foolishly re added him because I had no one to talk to. About 2 weeks later I offered to let him use my pure. And he claimed monkey madness xp and got me 39 defense. Which really ticked me off because He was just repeating the cycle. He wasted so much time of mine and made me really stressed out. About 2 weeks passed after this incident and he said he was sorry I forgave him once again.. (remember he was very rich, and sometimes nice (at least I believed so)). I offered to train his new obby mauler, So he gave me the info. There was 80m on there and I took it and deleted him. I was just so fed up with him, I know I am in the wrong But I wanted to get away from the guy and it was just a bad choice. I am very sorry for being immature and SCAMMING. At this time My emotions got to me and I did what I thought was right for me. But Now that I see what I did I realize that I simply scammed Him. And this is not acceptable.
Because this was 2 years ago I can't provide proof of his actions.
I have been on Sythe for a while now, and this has been haunting me, and I just wanted to come clean And hope you can understand where I'm coming from.
When I was younger I felt like I was in the right taking matters in my own hands. But now I realize what I did was wrong.

Please list your past accounts. You're also going to need to contact him and refund him that 80m 07. 2 wrongs dont make a right

Is the account I got ban on. Only account. I haven't had any other accounts than aspect..
Also about the refund I have contacted him before, by adding him on skype. But instead he ddosed me because he received my ip from it. This is why I am sketched to add him or make any contact. Anyhow I have no clue of his skype Or an contact information..

Considering he Doxed you and ddosed you, I feel it would be fair for the 80M 07 to go to another scam victim unrelated to this case (similar to the luckerdogg case). Going to get a 2nd opinion first

Banned for DOX'ing another user, using hacking/IP grab tools.

It appears only 70M was claimed to be scammed which cost around $2.3/m at the time.

As a result, 70M (or $161 at Dec 18th, 2014 rates) will need to be paid to another scam victim unrelated to this case in order for this pardon to move forward.

First off scuf was a very old account And I completly forgot I even got ban on that account. I know it sounds like I am not being truthful. But I am the one who confessed to ban evasion. I didn't get caught. I am being as truthful as ever. And _will was my mates account. I signed into it once and got it ban because of my flagged ip on sythe.
