    I have been searching for bots day on and day out but I cant find any I've looked through the forums and people have mentioned some but they haven't put any links so if you can put a legit link to a bot that is virus free it would be much appreciated!

    As stated above, there's many stickys for this stuff. However, I recommend you take a look at the all-in-one SIMBA one, as Simba is as good as it gets (other than RiD maybe) imo.
