just wandering about the runescape recovery question, is it once i remove them does it take 14 days for them to deleted or does it take 14 days to set new ones

It takes forteen days to change the questions.

The only way to remove them is by recovering your account under "Someone has stolen my password".

 

14 days to remove or 14 days to set new pending questions ??

14 days to set new pending questions, you can't delete recoveries, only possible through stolen password.
