The order started on Thursday, Feb 24th. He quoted saying the order would be finished "by the end of this week into early next week but he knows i'm currently working on one big skilling order and finishing up one in the next couple of days so time my differ a little."

I agree, not a major issue if it's a little bit late. I end up leveling 60 - 63 strength by myself (nearly 64) to speed things up a bit and to help him out. By Tuesday April 29th, I realized the order would not be completed reasonably within his own time frame, so I politely asked for a partial refund. ( Picture here ) . He refused and said he does not refund and that it states so on his skilling thread. It didn't Picture here .

I move on from trying to convince him to refund and simply ask when I can reasonably expect the order to be done. He quotes me by the end of the week. Picture here . Nearly a week after the original due date.

It's now the end of the week and per his -second- quote, the account should be completed. However, it's sitting with less than half of the progress completed. Proof here .

I would just like to move on & be partially refunded. Thank you.

Banned until he gets this figured out. A refund at this point is acceptable.
