As a rwt buyer, how can I avoid being banned?

I am going to be purchasing a white partyhat in the near future and I'm wondering the best steps to take to avoid being detected and banned. Should I accept the white on my intended account, or accept it on an a different account and trade to my intended after that? Do I fake some dialogue, like perhaps the other person is quitting etc etc. Really any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Doesn't really matter IMO, but if you want to be safe you could stake it over. Thats what I would do at least.

I don't think that jagex really goes after the buyers, but more the sellers. I've RWTed a ton and have 0 bans, same goes for the big websites

Usually the your seller should have an intended trade practice, but it's always good to be prepared yourself. Normally, I would trade directly to my account that way I don't get any other account involved because ultimately it directs back to you. I would however, chat with him for a while beforehand and make sure you give him some junk stuff within the trade. I wouldn't directly go online, trade, and log off.

Other options are: staking it in DA, wildy, etc to make it seem more practical.

I'd say having the item pass through multiple accounts would be more suspicious than taking it on one. Dialogue doesn't matter either. From experience, they mostly target sellers. It would be counterproductive on their part to ban buyers.

This question comes up a lot, generally you won't get banned for buying (even if you do, Jagex have stated that it's only a 14 day ban). The sellers, if caught, get permanently banned - usually.

As others stated buyers rarely get banned, if so it won't be permanent.
If you're scared of being banned don't do too big trades (over 400-500M) but then again, I already got 2B in a trade and a partyhat and haven't been banned for that.

I had a rwt major ban last month. Didn't happen until I started moving around 10b/week.

I had moved around 100-200b over the course of 9 months though with no issues.

If you're not selling 2b+ frequently I don't think you have an issue.

If you want to more safely move gold trade via the duel arena.

As a huge seller/buyer, the best thing you can do is to get accounts that are months old and trained to a certain extent, it messes with jagex and lets you obtain more gold to transfer around on those accounts.
