Selling smuggled minigame items on Arteropk, according to this thread -

They disappear after a certain amount of time.

Also noting that these threads were made within a few hours of each other it seems this may be the same person trying to make a quick buck on sythe as he stated on AWU he uses these smuggled items to scam people by selling them pretending they're the legitimate/non disappearing version of the item.
