Looking for help setting up a RSPS

Okay im using the utorrent port forwarding guide i think i got that all set up but i need a good source and client with a client.java and gui.java i can edit and actually put my ip in to get the server up in running i've been trying for a month now following guides and this is my first time asking for help from a community if any developers out there would like to talk to me and help me that would be great
