Explaination: Debt was incurred when i purchased an account from him, and he wasn't able to recover it after it got 'sof locked' and I asked for a refund.

Waiting on refund since 19/11/2018 Roughly 18 days.

He sent me a PayPal e-cheque thats estimated to be deposited by 10th of december.

@ArPie kindly refund me the owed amount so we can resolve this quick. Thanks

 

Lol i have proof i sent him money but he refused it because it was in cad and i have yet to receive it

this accounts for bankrupcy. @ArPie currently also owes a fair bit of money to other people, which revealed to me after this report was made.
