Weird ass kid giving me a trade with caution?

I clearly don't know any of you and nobody knows me. I came here to expand my business and see what I can invest into such as digital currencies. There is obviously a pandemic and I'm at my university apartment that has open WiFi for everyone that lives in the community. I don't see why this weird ass individual king ran my IP somehow and is mad I don't have a home IP? This is my home IP that I pay monthly fees for in a gated community with amenities L. I don't live with my parents or anything. I haven't even gone to do anything besides just browse this website and I have a trade with caution? I wasn't allowed to trade weed for currencies? I read the term of services on the bottom right of this page and did not read or come across anything regarding that. That there is not my fault because perhaps you should make that more accessible of what you can and cannot sale. It seems this site clearly has an unfair system that doesn't even allow anyone to explain shit. Lol I feel like anyone who doesn't like your business can easily falsely accuse you of shit and move you out the way.
