(Tbh I'm not quite sure the exact reason for the current ban. Looking through the history of posts mentioning Ariba, there are other reports, though it looks like they are one off's that are all resolved)

Not that I am aware of. But a couple of these reports were surprises to me recently, so it wouldn't shock me to hear about other issues out there that need to be made right. If anyone has something, please let me know (Sythe: Ariba One, Email: [email protected], or Discord: pwrichar#2891).

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Hey Sythe team - thanks for taking the time to look into this. My name is Patrick - I'm the new owner of AribaGold. I acquired it from the users Molto (Matthew James Dinsdale) and Kaan (Kaan Takkaci) back in November 2020.

Over the past few months, I've been taking over operations from Molto and Kaan. I understand there were some shady practices in the past, and as part of taking over I’m making sure that we're a healthy contributor to the community. We deliver a few thousand transactions each month, with few complaints. And when we do get complaints, the team now knows to go out of our way to fix things for the customer. We buy from - and keep tabs with - most of the big gold players in the market.

As part of making sure we're good community citizens, for example, we've hunted down old customers who lodged complaints on the forums against the previous owners of AribaGold, and gave them their refunds (like #3 above). If there are other bans/reports under the previous owner names, in addition to what I've been able to find, I'll fix whatever I can.

I’ve tried to keep the team of workers in place, because they’re good folks and AribaGold is good employment for them, so you’ll still see some of them around on the forums (like @reinbo). But if there are any individual issues or bans or reports against anyone from the team, then I'd like to hear it, and am happy to address them.

Anyway, taking the reports above one at a time:

1. My understanding is the previous owners were double dipping in Sythe a few years ago, participating in two separate gold trading companies, under different names. Not sure what I can say to that, other than this is the only gold trading operation I have any affiliation with, and it's very clear to me that I shouldn't participate in another.
2. Apparently the previous owners set up a business relationship with a gambling company that was scamming people. I don't know the specifics, but can assure you that no such relationship currently exists with AribaGold, and that no such relationship existed as of early November 2020 when I took over the company.

4. I've had the site scanned for malicious software, and it's clean (see screenshot: Screen Shot 2021-02-28 at 4), other than running an out of date version of PHP. If I had to guess, this report might be about a scam site impersonating us and having a particularly tricky name, like this one that turned up recently: aribạgold.com (see the second 'a' there? that little dot under it is part of the character, not just a spot on your screen), which appears to be on a number of Internet blacklists.
5. I learned about this one very recently, and am still working on fixing it. We need to change the names of our loyalty program levels, adjust benefits of the levels, and we owe a sincere apology to Probemas. It sounds simple, but I've learned that this is pretty deeply hard-coded into our site, so it's taking longer than I'd hoped.

We're ready to put the period of previous ownership behind us, and are appealing forum bans. Please let me know what the next steps are for this process on Sythe. Tbh, I'm not sure what info you need from me, eg to verify that I'm the new owner of AribaGold, but I can provide whatever info or proof of sale needed to the Sythe staff to verify. I'm also happy to hop on a chat to meet you and say hi.
