Arguments for Rina M's ban

First of all, if this post is in the wrong section feel free to move it and I apologize if it is!


So I saw that Rina got TwC'd for being a potential scammer. I've read both sides of the story on the "Report a scammer" section and now I find myself asking myself why would you label her as someone to trade with caution.

First of all, she did refund the other party (Will29j, I believe). If she was even remotely close to being a scammer, then why would she refund him at all in the first place. I do not recall refunding someone as something that would make you look suspicious in a trade.

Secondly, he claims that the email "[email protected]" was already taken and brought up the fact that it could be a scam attempt from Rina. Where in his screenshot proof does it show that HE did not actually made that rediffmail account and tried to pass the blame on Rina. As far as i'm aware he could of simply made the e-mail account himself and then pretend that Rina scammed him so he would get her in trouble.

Thirdly, Rina M has actual vouches and even one from a trusted user from sythe.org forums (I'm referring to Dionke). She also has a vouch from TheBlackTux from a past MM he did involving her. On the other hand, Will29j has no vouches and barely had any posts on the time of the report, yet have had an account for roughly 3 years. I have high doubts that someone would simply "lurk" on the forum for 3 years and only post a handful of times. Naturally it could also be that he didn't visit the forum for 3 years, I was only advancing an idea when stating the last fact. I cannot understand how someone who had around 4 posts and 0 vouch getting more trust from the mod(s) (I'm not sure how many mods were involved into this case) than someone who had a handful of vouches and almost 300 posts at the time, and that considering that his proof of a "possible scam" are not even complete enough.

Now you might be wondering who I am and why am I taking Rina's defense?
Well first of all, if you believe I am Rina trying to ban evade, feel free to look at my IP adress and you'll quickly realise that i'm not even remotely close to where she is. Secondly I am getting involved in defending her because, as i was about to have a trade with her, she started messaging me about how some guy is trying to mess up her reputation by forcing her to give out one of her RS names and then asking for a refund (which she actually gave). She also told me that he might try and lock the account (I have no clue if that actually happened). So she asked me to hold on a little bit while she tries to fix that issue. By the time her post was actually looked at she went to sleep (her country is 12 hours away from mine, to give you an idea) So the next day she finds out she has been TwC'd and tells me she doesn't want to trade with me until her TwC is removed. (Note: I am selling her my KoL account, feel free to check my post for reference)

At this point you'd probably be thinking that i'm just too trusting towards her, but fact is she was willing to take a risk by buying my account before having the password recovery e-mail, meaning that in the end I would have the power to scam her if I wanted to. Yet she still trusted me and accepted to go by this rule --> I give her the account password, she pays me in a short delay, then i give her the password recovery e-mail's password. Again how in the hell would she have any chance to scam me when i can pull away from the trade anytime (which i won't for future reference ) (Also, i have the chat history with her if additional proof is needed)

Now, i know i'm a low post user as well and that my word might not mean that much to you mods or other users, but I felt that if Will29j actually had the power to make Rina a TwC, then maybe i can have the power to get her out and actually help her since she's far from being a scammer. Also, if what i'm doing is illegal on this forum then by all mean temp/perma ban me if you believe it's what I deserve. I cannot understand how easy it is to lose a reputation on this forum and that, without scamming someone at all.

I did not write this post to offend the mod(s) who took the decision to TwC then Temp Ban her and Rina never asked me to actually write this post, I did it from my own will and also out of empathy. I was hoping that her case would be looked at twice.

Also, I'm sorry if my english is a bit cranky here and there. Its not my main language. (Obviously it doesn't excuse me of anything)

This isn't federal court and that user doesn't have a lawyer, they can dispute it out themselves.
