    I announced in the sythe discord that I was selling gold
    I sold it to the scammer through paypal, but after a while I was interested in buying osrs gold and I asked him if I gave him the refund he would sell the gold to me for the refund amount
    he agreed
    but then blocked me

I recommend always requesting a PM from any user attempting to trade with you over discord, and insure you both trade discord names + matching UIDS with a brief explanation of the trade that will be conducted.
