Are vouches allowed for editing videos?

So I'm going to be editing a video for a user here on sythe for 07gp, and was wondering if vouches are allowed to be given for them? People are telling me vouches for graphics are not allowed and I just wanted to confirm, is it true?

^States that GFX vouches are not allowed, however the last update for that rule was in March 2014. Does this still apply? And if so, does it apply to video-editing?

I believe it does apply. Editing is a form of graphics work and so vouches wouldn't be permitted.

If it is something against the rules, the buyer can always leave a 'recommendation' instead of a vouch per se. I.e. "recommend (user) for any of your GFX work, edited a video for me amd turned out great".

 

It's considered gfx, so no.
