It doesn't seem very rewarding, do you lose a lot on supplies?

 

I used about 5 Prayer Pots and 270 Shark... It also took me a little over an our... So lets say 300k in supplies, got around 1.3m in return.. Not to shabby for a 1m profit.

 

Sucks that you didn't get any C'bows. Took me about 3 hours to get one on my Ironman account.

 

What's the best item that this NPC can possibly drop?

The shards are what is worth the most I believe

 

first 50 kills were alright, hopefully you'll get better luck next time
