Appeals for rule 7?

2 of my accounts finally got banned and they have about 4M ea xD.

Should I apologize or say they made a mistake?

And does anyone have an appeal that has worked or might work?

Say someone else was on your account, and in your explanation include your current IP address. That's all I can say for help, it worked for me.

 

My sincere apologies for double posting, my computer was lagging.

 

Never ever apolegize,ive done it twice,it gets accepted but you still receive a black mark and your punishment will NOT be removed!

i was using something called swift switch and its like a world switcher and highscore table and stuff, it wasnt anything like cheating was it? its just like the runescape web client? its not cheating i sware. i think you guys have made a mistake and if its me who made the mistake by using a client with runescape tool bars to look up highscoreds and item prices then im sorry!

 

Well I told them I wasn't on the account xD so well see what happens....

If you have a 10 day ban for macroing, you have a very low chance of getting it removed.

Saying somebody else was on your account, it got hacked, a friend was using it, etc., won't work, because 1) You're responsible for your account, and 2) Jagex isn't going to believe that somebody else was running a bot on your account.

Jagex has already gotten the report from somebody saying you're botting, a snapshot was taken (logfile was made), and the bot apparently did the same thing often enough that Jagex KNOWS you were botting.

The problem is that Jagex has seen every possible excuse 10 gazillion times. They get tired of seeing the same old lies. They KNOW you were botting.

Try this out.

Random things like that have a better chance of working than trying to make up some story. The moderator might get a laugh out of it and remove the black mark.

 

It was that dam chat responder on RSBot xD I usually turn it off but I forgot to and then yesterday when I checked it on the accounts that were banned it repeated its wc lv and thing like 3 times >_>

 

for meh it was that dam update today, i left it running and it tried to logg in like a million times over and over again--

 

They are going to check the I.P you know?

I had same kind of problem year ago.
You should say someone else was on your account while you were changing your home. You could say you found keylogger on your computer too.
And it's highly recommend to appeal from another ip. Go to your friends place or if you got open wifi networks do it from there.

 

if you do it from another wifi network, and they check and for the past year you've been logging on the one which was autoing.(ip's) then there gonna be like wtf.. and lock your account.
