Fondest Memory?

What is your fondest memory of runescape? could be old or new.

mine was when i finally bought a d chain for 9m back in the day i killed banshees for about 2 weeks collecting the herbs.

 

When I bought my first Green PHat....then I went back down to 0 gp & got banned.

 

Merchanting around the west Varrock bank before the GE.

 

getting a 20m reward from a treasure trail a few years back, most money i had ever had

 

Getting 99 Woodcutting legit on yew trees.. my first 99. It took around 4 months and I made like 15m lol.

 

Back when I got my grandma to play runescape, we were training in the sewers killing some rats, when some dude start hitting on her, and im like wtf. She starts saying like "what can i say I got it going on" and stuff and im was like fml fml fml, I was 10 I think.

 

The first time I ever omgjizzed myself was when I got a Dragon Platelegs drop from Steel Dragons when they first came out, I think I ended up selling them for 6m or something like that.

I also freaked out a ton when I was merchanting, and traded my entire bank (About 400k in random rune items) for a santa hat, than traded the santa for full addy (g), then sold the addy (g) for 550k. Santa's quickly rose to about 2m a couple weeks later...

 

Mine was when I enjoyed pking at it's max. It was back in early 05 in f2p with my other friend. We had pures and pked together daily just for fun. Best times.

 

Way back in like 06, when I actually played legit lol. When pest control was crazy xp. I was a co-leader in a Pest control clan called PCA "pest control addicts" don't think anyone will remember them though.

Ohh, and whenever I got a d-chain drop from KQ solo in 07.

When I got my first PK in 04.

 

Walking around with My friend from school in F2P, I still remember we picked up this random girl and we were walking along and we went into the cave on the hill near the smithing cape dwarf guy and we killed the pirates for some rope and then I forget what else happened but I also remember walking behind lumbridge castle and my friend telling me to report the bald headed people cutting yew trees, he told me they were macroers, and I remember When RS was being updated to HD I was walking from Fremminik place to seers village and I remember I dropped some kind of bomb thing and it didn't explode in time for the update then after the update I ran to seers village and we were all like woaaahhh and I remember a long time ago my sisters friend came over asking me to help with tutorial island but I hadn't finished it either

That was basically my favorite part of rs. I thought it was so fun.

Oh how I loved tutorial island. Couldn't we tele there at one time? I forget, it's been awhile.

I agree... Tutorial Island was so much fun, and useful too. Now there are level 3's running around Lumbridge asking how to cut trees :\

My fondest memory was back when I first started playing RS, I picked up a big stack of money (probably from a drop trade.) It wasn't much, about 3M, but it was the most money I'd ever had at the time o-o

Hahahahahahaha absolutely the most funny memory so far!

 

During Halloween a few years ago, I had been trying to find a way to somehow obtain a scythe even though they'd been discontinued for some time. When Jagex made the update where the Grim Reaper comes out when you died, I decided to make a plan to kill the reaper and take his scythe. So I got 3 or 4 of my buddies from school and we decided that we'd use one of them as bait and let him get killed in the Wildy so that the reaper would come out and take him away. Our plan was to pile the reaper when he appeared but, what ended up happening was two guys on Ancients showed up and barraged us to death in a matter of seconds, and I lost my full addy.
