AFK Range Training?

Is there any methods of training range semi-afk with a decent XP rate and not an outrageous cost? Kind of like what bandits or armoured zombies are for melee but for range? My stats are 84 range, 90 defense, 96 hp, 70 prayer and 77 summoning if that matters at all.

 

crawlers in the second lvl of the stronghold would be good for afk especially with 90 def

 

Bandits with knives, bring tank gear.
Cannon at Daggs, somewhat afkable if you pray range.

 

you can do all afk melee spots with range...

 

I use to do this, Wild a black d'hide top, d skirt, helm of neitz, obby shield, snake skin boots, fury, bronze knives, and go to the 3rd level of stronghold and let the spiders kill you... each 10mins you have to run like 12 sq's.

 

This is how I did it also, good method.
