Are accounts still recoverable with the new Authenticator?

I was looking to buy an account and wondering if i should be skeptical about it being recovered?
If i buy it and then set recovs / Authenticator, will the account be in my possession for good? What are the chances of it being recovered by original owner? =/

 

Original owner can recover any account.

So no, authenticator cannot insure 100% safety for you. It will increase safety but owner can recover with the creation IP. Better to buy from trusted user for higher price than one from someone less trusted for cheap.
