Does anyone know the answer to this when trading people?

I am selling an item through chat near the GE (happens multiple times). Someone trades me for the item, and they put up a small valued item real quick, low level and their names are always Fjiw9s or a variant of that and they accept almost immediately. I respectfully decline and I decided to put on the GE, I was in the GE for 10 minutes or more. As soon as I clicked out of the GE, the same person traded me. Was wondering if this happened to anyone else lately and why it might be? Thanks.

Yeah normally they'll offer you items that have crashed but the prices haven't gone down in the GE yet. Yesterday someone tried to trade me 8 or so unstrung heavy ballista's, which still show up as 6.2m, but are only selling for 200k in the GE. Be careful with these guys and always use the GE.
