    I'd like him perm banned please. I'd also suggest watching his IP. If anybody would be able to give me his registration email, it'd be much appreciated. He came onto my live chat claiming he'd release the funds, but never did. He told me that he wanted to be perm banned on Sythe, that he quit rs, and that he was going to release the funds regardless. He said his I.P. is dynamic and that he'd evade if he wanted back anyways.

    I've requested a perm ban for him now. If you want his registration e-mail, you will have to contact an Administrator (possibly a Global as well) and they should be able to help you out.
