Does this tribunal only work in high elo? WTF?!?1?

I am a diamond 1, recently down to diamond 2, and I got really angry at our 0-11 lulu, who was flaming our whole team while never grouping, I wake up this morning and got a 350 match mute, what the actual hell, I know for a fact people who are saying "You're so bad get cancer" never get muted and I did for a first offence wow D:

To answer your question, no. Reports aren't based on elo/levels/games. Every single report reaches the tribunal. Also, the chat restriction system is automated, and works of how many people report you per game/total number out of total games.

 

Ouch that hurts, I understand your position, I hate when players too feed and blame their teammates, but you should stay calm and carry , and as Sellerman said, try to contact for support. I used to flame alot but now I don't, I am calm and this helped me be patient in IRl too

 

Someone told me to drink bleach and die of cancer and nothing happened to them. They really need a new system for this!
