[APPROVED] [Quick fix] Amend bump button disclaimer when pressed

    [APPROVED] [Quick fix] Amend bump button disclaimer when pressed
    The bump button has been broken/disabled for months now, without any SEN/news post stating that it's been disabled - unsure why this has still not been done.

    Either, A) Amend the disclaimer for when the bump button is pressed, to plainly state that it has been disabled, and in order to bump the thread, you/someone must physically post; or B) remove the button, and subsequently remove the root of confusion altogether (until the bump button is fixed/enabled).

    Bump button should be hidden now. It was supposed to have disappeared when it was disabled but the template modification was missing a condition
