24/7 live support

I think live support for the site would be awsome. they could direct people to the right spots.find selling/buyers . basicly like live mm's . tell me you thoughts

 

It's a great concept but it is manned by moderators of the site, and they don't get paid or anything so I doubt they would be too keen to committing to something like this. They have lives themselves you know.

 

They have lives as well and cant always be on Sythe. It's too time consuming to have a 24/7 one, you would have to allocate times to make sure its 24/7.

 

I agree with the above posts. The moderators try to go on Livehelp as often as they can, but we don't always have a moderator on. If you need help, just post in the Sythe Support forum, someone normally replies to help you out within a few hours.

 

Sorry, but it's impossible to make it 24/7.
