Appointment Booking Program needed. (Irrelevant to gaming)

Hi, I currently book vehicle road test appointments for a driving school business on a web client, and we need to search for the earliest available appointments for our clients, which are only released at a random time during the day. I spend hours and hours trying to search for earlier appointments by hitting F5 to refresh the appointment page to see if anything pops up.

This of course, gets very tiresome and wastes a lot of time, so if there was a way to automate this process, it would be incredibly helpful.

Some of the requirements I would need this program to do:

- I could input which date I need the clients appointment (e.g. Book any appointment that shows up from July 15-July 20.)
- The program then would keep refreshing the page until it sees the desired appointment date.
- When the desired appointment shows up, it could select the radio button and then click the "Book" appointment.

Wordpress? I don't see how that would work, you may have misinterpreted what I'm looking for.

Also, Virtual bailed on me, so I'm looking for another developer. On a side note, the application I'm working with with is SSL certified, not sure if that would be an issue or not.
