Creatine

    I have just started taking creatine before i work out and I wonder if anyone else here does, and what your experiences are with it.

    you're supposed to take it after you work out. What form are you taking? as there are many different types and many other products (like superpump250 and no xplode) which use creatine in their mixture.

    Not always, If he just started taking it he should be in the loading phase. If you take the suggested amount like 30-45 minutes before you work out and drink plenty of water you'll notice you'll have more energy and explosive power per rep.

    But yeaa what are you using there's sooooo many different forms. Xplode's good I've been using it for a wile, but Im trying out this new product they have out in the market now called naNO Vapor and I like =)

    if you're taking regular creatine mono, i'd advise you to take it post-workout.

    i take mine with some whey after i workout and works great. make sure you are taking in at least 1+ gallons of water a day.

    you don't have any idea what you're talking about. NO xplode and all that shit is a waste of money, I take pure creatine monohydrate. You don't even know what creatine does or how it works, so just don't bother. I also doubt you're in the military so please cut the bullshit.

    your loading phase is 5 grams 5 times a day for a week following by five grams in the morning then 5 grams after workout for two weeks. Depending on your size you will keep up 10 grams or drop to 5 grams after workouts for the following three months. After three months you should take a 1 month break as the creatine level in your body continues to rise and needs to be re-adjusted.

    yea. the loading phase is not really necessary, but doesn't really matter.
    you can just start off with the maintenance phase and take 5 grams a day.

    the loading phase is basically to saturate your body with creatine, get the levels as high as possible. You're supposed to eat more too so that you absorb it better.

    I take about 5grams of a day of generic mono. Works well, my muscles are noticeably "fuller" if you will, when I'm on it. (Perhaps just placebo though...)
