account recovery

Hi, I am trying to recover my account that I haven't logged into for a long while, LeonWolf. It says that an email has been sent, but I don't remember what the e-mail is. I am on the IP that is associated with the account. I'd like the recovery email to be sent to [email protected]

Are you able to press "forgot password" when trying to log in to Sythe? Is the email not coming through?

If you aren't getting the email I'll let an Admin know to send a manual one.

 

@Chloe yes, that is correct. I get the message that says an email has been sent with instructions to reset the password, but I haven't received anything in my Inbox or Junk folders. I mentioned it to video on skype as well.

 

Ok I have let an Admin know you need a manual password sent to you.

 

A password reset link has been sent. Be sure to check junk/spam folders as well.
