That's quite a bit you have there. When did you buy those stocks? How many % has it rose?

 

I really did not think the stock would rise after Steve Jobs untimely death (RIP)
If it has gone up, i'd sell it now.

 

Do you have any skin in the game or are you just talking?

And the reason the stock has gone up is because earnings have doubled in the past year

Ah, your back As for shares/stocks, it's just waiting more than anything. Apple are very unlikely to go bust, and with them releasing new gadgets quite often, doesn't look like it's going to go down any time soon.

 

I see a lot of people moving away from Apple products though. They're failing to really capture peoples' imaginations with their new phones and tablets. Google is the way forward IMO.

 

Thing is, they've made the same things, and just added some little bits. Also, the price of Apple products is VERY high. If they strayed away from the iPhone/iPad concept, their design would be more unique. Google have introduced their version of Facebook too, so that might mean they'll integrate that into some of their products.

 

Meh everyone knows Google+ is shit. I've used it since beta and it's just a more colourful Facebook with added tumble weeds and moths.

 

I don't have Facebook or Google+, so I wouldn't know.

Most people I know that don't have Facebook don't have any friends either. Correlates well with the amount of time you appear to spend on Sythe.

Not in apple. I do have stock in Marthon Gas CO, and had stock in BP.
I still believe through time Apple products will get more competition and the stock will eventually fall. If it has doubled, I personally would sell it. But like I said I never invested in Apple... should have :/
