Appendix scammed me

Explanation of the trade: I was suppose to buy 50m worth of osrs gold from Appendix for 31$. I sent him 31$ on paypal as goods and services, he refunded my payment due a hold on the payment so he told me to send it as a friends and family. Which i did, then he gave me another excuse saying he will refund me and this time he would request the money instead. At this point I had enough I just wanted my refund and be done with this guy. Supposedly he refunded me but after some investigation he did not and that is why I making this post
