Appeals [question]

Hi I wanted to ask how long does usually it take for Jagex to respond to ban appeals. Because I made appeal on 26 May 2010 and till this day its still pending. A little too long in my opinion. What do you think and is it normal?

I have honestly never heard of one going for that long, typical response tims vary from around 3-6 days. Best of luck.

 

How did you make the appeal, Proxy, someone in different country make it for you?

I made appeal with usual IP , its just maybe because account had manual permanent ban from 2004 and they are just ignoring it?

(if it matters the offense is account sharing ).

 

Best bet is probably to E-mail them, [email protected] I think it is, you'll usually get a response from them within an hour

 

Ive seen this happen before, I'm not sure why though. If its for macroing don't keep ur hopes up.

 

it could take up too 5 hrs, or even 1-3 days..considering how busy they are.
