Appealing my trade with caution

Here's the situation.

- Some random guy posted a scam report on his d claws pure being hacked. It contained msn conversations, the scammer admitting to hacking.

- I had the hacker on my msn but i didn't know he hacked the account.

- He pm'd me to sell me the account for $25, i was astonished and was thinking why it's so cheap. I recalled reading the scam report and when i asked the guy to show stats picture it was excactly the same.

- So i asked him to let OMM test recovery information. And he said no, and when i asked why, he admitted because he's hacked the account, so he won't be able to recover anyway. He then instantly added an MM

- I did not want to be in control of a hacked account, i thought it was the right thing to do at the time, and i explained the situation to the MM and he approved of it.

- I then asked him to hack the account back and return to the original owner (I'm sorry, i know it's wrong to ask someone to scam but i felt sympathy for the guy who got hacked and wasn't thinking too straight)

- The MM reported me and i got a TWC + IP Ban.

- I appealed my IP ban which got accepted (thanks)

Now i want to appeal this TWC sign, hope you can remove it, thanks
