Good RC guide/method?

Hey, I'm F2P looking for a fast efficient method to go from 39 RC to 50+. I've scanned a lot of the guides, and searched many times, but nothing good.

Please help.

Running airs if you have the money
Or you could just rc fires which is what alot of my old friends used to do

 

Yah I think I'll just go with airs, as much fun as it is.....

do fire runes with rings of dueling...
start at CW, with duel ring equipped. withdraw essence, and teleport to al karid using the duelling ring, then run like 10 squares up to fire altar, craft ur runes, and use ring to tele back to sw... fastest exp there is i think, except for crafting nats with a graahk...
