Appealing additional time

So first of all let me say I hope you all had a great new year celebration.

Now moving on, I would like to if possible appeal/have my extended time looked into.

I think it goes without saying, and I have presented via pm the thread link to why I did what I did (and received a further 1 month ban for it) despite not actually knowing it was an offensive of which I would like to say sorry for in advance. I know I can sometimes be annoying, and if you check any of my warnings they are all spam/offensive language warnings other than the ban I got for being hacked (there was several attempts to ban, and staff couldn't at the time due to a glitch)

osbot is a joke is the thread link I am referring to, and the post is below as you can see there was a threat aimed towards me, this thread for obvious reasons which I cannot say but yes I can admit I did post in report a scammer despite the thread only being there for an average of 30 seconds - 2 minutes at maximum so no real damage was done nor anyone saw it.



The reason I went down that route was -

1) the people of who I contacted to reply to the comment, did not respond at all until maybe 6-8 hours later which is understandable, we all have our own obligations and all.
2) He thought I had "blocked him" which I had not, we just wasn't friended on discord, he told me he got kicked from a server that we had in common and that's where the confusion came in.

I understand this was the incorrect way to do things, and maybe just maybe I was being very impatient because I felt threatened, because as I say it is obviously a open threat of which can be assumed and looked at so many different ways.

I have been banned since November 8'th, which is almost 2 months my original ban length for the offensive language/harassment infraction, of which I have not once stopped surfing the forum not logged in trying to assist people(no i'm not ban evading lol) both linking them the odd things I saw (i'm even sure all staff can confirm I have messaged people a few times with things) such as Runegold and others who have open markets in their discords and such and sorry but didn't get seen to for whatever reason.

I am of no real threat, even whilst I was banned I handled a dispute a ex-worker opened against me appropriately with the assistance of @TySimpson which i appreciate as he took his time to be real and come to me man to man instead of trying to resolve it via other means.

I have no intention of having an issue with Sythe rules, although sometimes they aren't as clear to me as it would seem I am more than happy to do what it takes to continue learning from my mistakes to make sure that nothing bad happens moving forward.

Even the admins know what i'm like, maybe more than the regular staff who haven't had many interactions with me beyond problems - I have had people like @ABM speak to me on mic, who can confirm I am a lot different i'm sure, as I say yes i'm a ass at times but one thing I am is honest as I can be and try to help as many people as I can. - I currently help as a discord helper in @Assassin discord, moderate @Slice discord and also moderate in @Agile life discord, of which I assist them on a daily basis if I see needed to step in, and all of which know I am temp banned and have respected my choice to want to continue helping if I can.



I also see there was a recent report on Donald - Donald J Trump you can see why I did what I did i'm sure now, if I cant protect other people how can I protect myself of vice versa? I did what I did with the best interests to protect something that I care deeply for, not just myself but quite possibly the forums.
