Appealing a ban on OSRS

Anyone had any luck appealing old macro bans in OSRS, what have you done that increases the probability that an appeal is succesful?

 

u can appeal these easily if the account looked hijacked during the time it was banned

no luck otherwise

Be honest with your appeal. If you were goldfarming its 0% chance but if you were botting skills then you have a fairly decent chance after 6+ years.

I appealed about 8 accounts that were banned years ago and only got 1 unbanned, most of the bans just say "rule breaking" which is weird because they usually say "macroing" or "Real-world trading" in which I was doing both so I cant be mad LOL
