Recovering account "BuiltNotBought"

Have talked to a few mods and was told my account was banned for being hacked and that I needed to post in this section. Someone please help me get on the right track to getting this account back. Sythe name is "BuiltNotBought" TIA

EDIT: @Charlotte last post i made about this recovery, it wouldn't let me reply to you about your question. Yes, I have the email that the account was made under, and I also have an ID with my Birthdate on it. Those were two questions i believed you asked last time. For whatever reason if it doesn't let me reply to a post on here I will message you.

To add to this post and answer your other question, I have never been outside of the United States. So, where would i have accessed Sythe from out of country? Nowhere, Ive never been outside of USA

 

This is nearly impossible to see anything. Please make it more clear. You can block out unnecessary info.

Well your acc accessed from out of country prior to the hack but ok if you say so.

Also, I am trying to expedite this as best as I can. Provide what I need and we'll be good to go. All previous attempts at recovery were eventually closed due to no response.

EDIT: dang that email i am using for this Sythe account “joi de vivr”. If they won’t both use that email, use (removed)
