Appeal ban for Raigeki

I was banned about 18 months ago for "self vouching"
The Mod who reported me was "xel".
I never self vouched, you can look through all my vouches if you like.
The reason why I have waited so long to make a dispute is because I figured it would be a waist of time.
I just recenly learned that xel was banned for scamming
So I am hoping that might shine some light on the wrong that was done to me by him

and under the account Chetz there's even more scam reports and accusations. Also your ip matches "chetz"

Also http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=224214 matches both yours and Chetz ip and I believe that's the account which you self vouched on.
