appeal ban on codydemmel4

hello,

I have posted an appeal for my main account on buyingbillionsofrsgp but it was just banned for ban evading. I was not evading my ban at all. The reason I took so long to create an account and appeal my ban on here is because I was sorting the ban out on powerbot.org, which was the reason I was banned on here. I am no longer banned on powerbot.org as I refunded the guy on there even though that was a big mistake. So please unban me on here as the reason for my ban is not true anymore (offsite scamming on powerbot) since I am not banned on there and that "scam" was all sorted out and everything.

You do not need to create a new account to appeal your ban, that is why the dispute forum is here and allows you to post as an unregistered guest. Also, buyingbillionsofrsgp was created yesterday and before you posted to appeal your ban, you posted 10 posts in the market buying/selling various things.

That is clearly evading your ban to be able to participate in the market, and not just creating another account to appeal your ban on your ban. Don't claim ignorance here because you knew exactly what you were doing.

Secondly, I also banned Flexability recently for fake vouching, as he was unable to provide any proof of this sudden, large transaction that you and him allegedly partook in:



Even if the ban evading offense wasn't on your plate, you would have to provide proof that you actually sold Flex 700M. I looked around and found no records of MM's or any transaction at all. Also, your trades prior to that 700M sale were quite a bit smaller. The same goes for Flex.

You are repeatedly breaking rules and are not the kind of person we want or need here on Sythe. Please don't even waste your time appealing again, because you will not be coming back.
