StockingUpGold still banned

My name is StockingUpGold, and I recently decided to take a break from swapping but now i would like to get back into the business. I was banned for 2 weeks for using vouches on my other account, which i could prove was mine but i didnt know that was bannable (obviously my fault) i was given a 2 week ban and i still havnt been unbanned as shown in this picture,

i would greatly appreciate being unbanned so i could get back to my business if i could please. This was also the thread that was reported
