111 CB Account Recovery

Hi,

I had to take some time off from Sythe after I finished college to focus on work. I tried logging into the account today and was blocked due to incorrect password. I tried recovering my password and did not receive an email. I looked back at my spam folder and found that someone had change the email address to the account to (removed). This is not my email address. Can you please help me recover my account. I am the original owner of the account and have access to the original email address. I started the account in 2008

Can you tell me previous ISPs & locations? It seems you've moved around a bit. You can also include your college.

There isn't a lot of info to go off atm and you're not posting from an IP connected to your account as you've moved.

It seems the hacker did get into your account even with 2fa, do you know how this could have happened?
