APD APD Precautionary Scam Report- Failure to Payout Dice

Explanation of the trade: Diced $500 x3. I won 3 in a row. We've done many dice previously with no issues. Typically, we use a MM for the larger ones, but he had just paid out $1k to me so I let this one go.

His transactions have taken some time to show up in past but never 12 hours. Here's a picture he sent me saying that he sent. He requested a QR code to send which is how he sent the $1k previously. I told him to use the same QR code for this transaction which matches the BTC addy in his picture.

Here's him stating he would open a ticket with his wallet because he claimed his BTC was gone and it's not showing anywhere. However, this was all 12+ hours ago and he hasn't communicated since.

If the transaction is truly sent and just stuck then no worries; however, APD needs to communicate and provide some other proof.

Amount scammed: $1500 (0.158909 BTC as of 12 June 2020 @10PM EST)
How they scammed: Didn't payout from dice.
Proof that it's their Discord: Advertised on his profile. I can also search through our Sythe PMs if needed.

Also @Trey I know you said you typically use an MM for larger trades, but when considering this users profile (join date/vouches/donor status, etc) it'd be best to just always play it safe and always use an MM for every large bet in similar scenarios or hold it yourself. I hope he makes things right, but moving forward I advice you take that route.
